Return Policy offers a simple and easy 10-days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return any item within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.


Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team and the product would be subject to the return only if it meets the following requirements:


  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  • They should be returned within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.

  • In case you receive a damaged/defective product, you should inform the Customer Care team on within 24 hours of receipt along with a picture of the defective product.

  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.


Terms & Conditions:

  • If the returned item does not meet any of the above requirements, Diana Korr is not liable to process any refund. 

  • Upon receiving the item, our customer care will keep you updated with regular e-mails about the status of return and applicable refund, if any. 

  • The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund as a bank transfer into their account, or in the form of a Wallet Credit in their Diana Korr account.
